Context
A remote mining camp was running five separate service vendors with overlapping scopes, inconsistent HSE standards and no unified reporting line to the site manager.
The challenge
Vendor fragmentation made accountability impossible. Housekeeping and laundry backlogs were affecting rest quality on night rotation, and there was no single source of truth for camp service performance.
