Kitchens designed, teams built and standards documented before day one.

What we advise on

Six areas where an outside view pays for itself.

Each engagement is scoped to your site and your numbers — never a template report with your name on the cover.

Catering & Kitchen Design

Menu strategy, kitchen layout, equipment specification and food safety systems — built around the volumes you actually serve.

Facility Management Review

An honest look at how your buildings are maintained, what it costs and where planned work would replace repeated emergencies.

Operational Efficiency

Process mapping, staffing models and workflow changes that lift output without asking people to simply work longer.

Health, Safety & Environment

Gap analysis against recognised standards, risk assessments and a practical route to compliance your teams can sustain.

Cost & Supply Review

Where the money goes across food, labour, consumables and contracts — and which changes release savings without cutting standards.

Mobilisation Support

New site, new contract or new provider: standards written, teams structured and the first ninety days planned in detail.

How we work

Four commitments behind every report.

Advice is only worth what it changes. These are the rules we hold ourselves to on every engagement.

Client and consultant team working through an improvement plan
  • 01

    Findings, not flattery

We tell you what we found, including the parts that are uncomfortable to read.

  • 02

    Costed, owned, dated

Every recommendation carries a price, a named owner and a date — otherwise it is only an opinion.

  • 03

    Built for your people

Plans are written for the managers who will run them, not for a shelf in the boardroom.

  • 04

    Measured afterwards

We come back and check whether the change held, and adjust it where it did not.

How we start

From first conversation to measured change.

01

Scope agreed

We agree what is being reviewed, what success looks like and who we need access to.

02

On-site review

Time on the floor — observing shifts, reading records and interviewing the people doing the work.

03

Findings & plan

A written report, costed recommendations and a sequenced plan presented to your leadership.

04

Support & review

Optional implementation support, then a return visit to measure what actually changed.

Questions

What clients ask us first.

Tell us what is not working and where, and we will come back with a scope, a timeline and a fixed fee.

Can we use your consultancy without contracting your services?
Yes. Most consultancy work is independent of delivery. We review, design and hand over a plan your own teams own — with no obligation to appoint us to run it.
How long does a typical engagement take?
A focused operational review takes two to four weeks. Larger programmes — new kitchen design, multi-site improvement, or an HSE overhaul — usually run three to six months with phased delivery.
What do we actually receive at the end?
A written findings report, a costed improvement plan with owners and dates, and the working documents behind it — layouts, standards, checklists and training outlines you keep.
Do you help implement, or just advise?
Both. We can stop at the plan, or stay alongside your managers through implementation and return for a review once the changes have had time to settle.

Proof

“They spent two weeks on our floor before writing a word. The plan we got back was the first one our own managers actually believed in.”
