World Catering and Support Services Limited is an integrated catering and facility management company registered in Nigeria, with offices at No 1A Remi Olowude Street, Second Roundabout, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

We are the controller of the personal information described in this notice. Where we handle information on behalf of a client — for example, staff records on a managed site — we act on that client's written instructions.

We only collect information we genuinely need in order to respond to you or deliver a service.

• Enquiry and quotation details: the sites, services, headcount, timelines and requirements you describe to us.
• Recruitment information: your CV, work history, qualifications, certifications and right-to-work details when you apply for a role.
• Supplier information: company registration details, certifications, references and banking details needed for payment.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and referring page, collected through our website logs and analytics.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where it is necessary:

• With clients, where you are our employee or contractor working on their site and site access or compliance requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for any period required by law, contract or our certification obligations. Enquiry records are typically kept for the duration of the commercial discussion and a reasonable period afterwards. Unsuccessful applications are held for a limited period in case a suitable role arises, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

We apply access controls, confidentiality obligations for our people, and technical measures appropriate to the information we hold. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents by unsecured email without agreeing a method with us first.
