Context
A 180-bed private hospital needed support services that could stand up to clinical audit, alongside a patient meal service capable of handling therapeutic diets.
The challenge
Cleaning schedules were not aligned to clinical risk zones, audit trails were paper-based and incomplete, and therapeutic diets were prepared without dietitian sign-off.
What we did
The plan, step by step.
No template. Every line below was written for this site, this headcount and this shift pattern.
- 01
Risk-zoned cleaning schedules with colour-coded equipment and documented frequencies per area.
- 02
Digital audit checklists with photographic evidence and monthly infection-control review.
- 03
Therapeutic diet menus developed with the hospital dietitian and signed off per patient.
- 04
Structured induction and refresher training for every housekeeping and catering team member.
