What you will do
- Manage all camp service teams and daily labour allocation.
- Own the monthly SLA scorecard and client service review.
- Control camp stores, consumables and requisition cycles.
- Enforce HSE standards and lead daily toolbox talks.
What you will bring
- 5+ years in camp management or integrated site services.
- Strong stock control and reporting ability.
- Recognised HSE certification (NEBOSH or equivalent preferred).
- Comfortable with extended residential rotation.
